WELCOME!

We all want a good life, and working for it is worth it. I have known love, loss, pain and grief, and I can honestly say that through all of it, my personal work really helped.

Over the years, I have worked with people of all ages from preschool to elderhood. I have worked in clinics, and I have taught in college and university. I also successfully facilitated workshops and trainings for personal growth in person and online. I have been privileged and humbled witnessing hundreds of people transform their lives.

My practice involves a mix of psychotherapy, psychotrauma, mysticism, family constellation and inter-generational / ancestral work.

A little glimpse about me: I enjoy the outdoors; I garden and study herboloby. I weave; I sew; and I enjoy learning languages. I am deeply engaged in studying the mystic traditions of my ancestors. Importantly, I stay current with the most recent work on trauma by continuing to engage in professional training regularly.

I am grateful for the support of my ancestors of lineage and land without whom I would not be here blessed by this life and this work.

“You do incredible work! I came to you feeling unsettled and anguished without knowing what to do next with my life. In one miraculous session, you gave me my ‘soul’ back. I feel more grounded and have direction. I am so grateful!“
